On shorter or cooler-temp rides when a full 70 ounces is simply not needed, the Kriega Hydrapak Shape-Shift Reservoir can be slimmed up for less sloshing. Packed weight should be dead weight. Minimize weight transfer with the Shape-Shift system and your pack will feel more glued to your back. Your 40-ish ounces will feel lighter since it's not moving around as much. To engage, simply squeeze the inner seal together.
